Reservation: A reservation for the vacation rental is binding once a written confirmation is received from the landlord.
Payment: The total rental fee must be paid no later than one week prior to arrival. Payment can be made via bank transfer or PayPal. For last-minute bookings, cash payment upon arrival is possible.
Cancellation: In the event of a cancellation, the following cancellation fees will be charged: Cancellation or no-show – 100% of the total rental fee.
Check-in and Check-out: Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM. Check-out should be done by 11:00 AM. Flexible arrangements can be made for special circumstances.
Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the vacation rental. Please use the designated outdoor areas for smoking.
Studio apartment located upstairs with bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living area, balcony and air conditioner.
Swimming pool and outside area can be used.
Bungalow Room located downstairs is a classic „hotel room“ with all you need for your stay.
