Our ground floor apartment offers 36 sqm of space, featuring a fully furnished living room with a TV, WiFi, a small kitchen equipped with a gas cooker and a small fridge, a comfortable sofa set, a bathroom with a hot shower, and a wonderful sleeping room with AC. We prioritize your sleep with a high-quality mattress that ensures a restful night. Additionally, all our apartments are equipped with fans in both the sleeping and living areas. For those who prefer dining in the fresh air, there is a spacious table located adjacent to the apartment that can accommodate larger groups.

Reservation: A reservation for the vacation rental is binding once a written confirmation is received from the landlord.
Payment: The total rental fee must be paid no later than one week prior to arrival. Payment can be made via bank transfer or PayPal. For last-minute bookings, cash payment upon arrival is possible.
Cancellation: In the event of a cancellation, the following cancellation fees will be charged: Cancellation or no-show – 100% of the total rental fee.
Check-in and Check-out: Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM. Check-out should be done by 11:00 AM. Flexible arrangements can be made for special circumstances.
Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the vacation rental. Please use the designated outdoor areas for smoking.
