Conditions of reservation

1. Reservation: A reservation for the vacation rental is binding once a written confirmation is received from the landlord.

2. Payment: The total rental fee must be paid no later than one week prior to arrival. Payment can be made via bank transfer or PayPal. For last-minute bookings, cash payment upon arrival is possible.

3. Cancellation: In the event of a cancellation, the following cancellation fees will be charged: Cancellation or no-show – 100% of the total rental fee.

4. Check-in and Check-out: Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM. Check-out should be done by 11:00 AM. Flexible arrangements can be made for special circumstances.

5. Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the vacation rental. Please use the designated outdoor areas for smoking.
